Bagus Pribadi, hailing from Surabaya, arrives in Jakarta with a resolve to make his mark through sheer determination. Along the way, he encounters Ratih, a widow still overshadowed by her past with her ex-husband, Sujono. Sujono, unable to accept Ratih's newfound love, becomes a constant obstacle for Bagus, leading to a series of confrontations. Adding to the challenge, Ratih's brother, Sunarto, owing a debt to Sujono, joins in impeding Bagus's efforts. Despite facing relentless opposition, Bagus remains undeterred, determined to win Ratih's heart and overcome the barriers in his path. Ultimately, Bagus finds himself in a showdown with Sujono, a test of strength and will. Through perseverance and courage, Bagus emerges victorious, proving his worthiness not only to Ratih but also to himself.
