A lone drifter with exceptional skills in kung fu enters a town, with a warlord who is relentless in his dealings that governs the town. His son by day is a tyrant who likes to rape and pillage the town folks. The drifter comes across the tyrannical son and he shows his skills in martial arts to protect a waitress. This makes them weary of his presences in the town. Not knowing to many of the town folk is that the waitress has mystical powers that causes mayhem to them all after she is raped.
