gfanikf1 Pedicab Driver may arguably be Sammo Hung’s best film he ever had a chance to make. The story is the trials and tribulations of a pedicab driver and his friends in 1930's Maccu struggling to survive. This brief plot description is necessary to avoid spoiling the film too much. Some amazing fights are captured on the screen as we are able to see a dream match many never thought possible between Sammo Hung and Lar Kar Leung! The actions scenes are plentiful, but thankfully the film also has a great story that helps give the fights a strong motivation. There are tons of wonderful cameos in this film and great gags including the infamous light saber fight with halogen light tubes (complete with pinched Star Wars sounds. Don't miss the amazing end fight with Billy Chow, although the Lar Kar Leung fight is reason enough to own this gem.
