German and Russian spies try to infiltrate Japan at the beginning of World War 1. This movie consist of action packed adventure with Tsunehiko Watase special technique to the throat against the bad guys. The movie is directed by Shigehiro Ozawa and the action scenes are explosive all the way to the end. The action is pretty much non-stop and there's a good variety of styles and weapons to choose from in the epic.
