Actors Biographies and Filmography
Bruce Liang
Biography
The eldest brother of a fighting family, Bruce Leung Siu-Lung is an accomplished actor and action choreographer. His father is Leung Siu-Sang, who is best known for his role of Carl Scott's teacher in Sun Dragon. His younger brothers are Hong Kong Stuntman Association chairman Tony Leung Siu-Hung and stuntman Ten Kid Leung. Bruce made his debut in 1971 in the Golden Harvest film The Invincible Eight. He has also appeared in Hap Ki Do and Broken Oath. All three also starred fighting femme Angela Mao. Broken Oath was easily one of his best. The man has some incredible height on his flying side kick and Bruce is known for his amazing kicking range. In 1974, director Ng See Yuen asked Bruce to star and choreograph in Little Godfather of Hong Kong. In 1977, he did try his hand at Bruce-alike stardom with Bruce: D-Day at Macao. In 1978, Bruce teamed with a young Jackie Chan for the abysmal "3-D" flick Magnificent Bodyguards. After over 20 years in the business, Bruce made his final film to date with Like Holy Eight Divine Cane in 1992.
